Reinforcement is individual to each person. We all have different preferences, likes, preferred activities, and even favorite TV shows. We all just have different things we like to do, and that’s just okay. However, some of our learners may have untraditional interests. Episode 6 is all about going beyond the traditional “choice menu” and searching to really understand what your children and learners are motivated by.
